LICENSE AGREEMENT

Developer/Licensor: Adynix Media
Version: 1.0.0
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OR RESELLING THIS SOFTWARE.
By purchasing, installing, or using this "NGO Management System" (hereinafter referred to as the "Software"), you (the "Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Adynix Media grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, transferable, and perpetual license to:
Install and Use: Install the Software on unlimited domains or servers.
Modify: Edit, modify, and customize the source code to fit specific requirements.
White Label: Remove the original branding ("Designed by Adynix Media") and replace it with the Licensee's own branding.
Resell & Distribute: Sell the Software (compiled or source code) to third-party clients for a fee.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
While the Licensee has the right to resell and modify the Software, the core intellectual property of the original base code remains with Adynix Media. The Licensee acknowledges that this license does not transfer the copyright of the original underlying technology, but grants rights to exploit it commercially.

3. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
This Software includes third-party open-source libraries (e.g., FPDF, PHPMailer, Tailwind CSS). These components are subject to their respective licenses (MIT, LGPL, etc.). This Agreement does not limit your rights under, or grant you rights that supersede, the terms of any applicable open-source license.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (IMPORTANT)
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
No Warranty: Adynix Media does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
No Liability: In no event shall Adynix Media be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
Data Loss: Adynix Media is not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or financial losses incurred by using this Software.

5. SUPPORT & UPDATES
Since this license grants full modification rights, Adynix Media is NOT obligated to provide technical support once the code has been modified by the Licensee.
The Licensee is solely responsible for providing support to their own customers/clients to whom they resell the Software.

6. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any illegal usage policies (e.g., using the software for scams, phishing, or illegal fundraising).
